Our Process to Cleaning and Sealing in Cincinnati

First, we clean the pavers and remove all debris from the gaps between them. To achieve optimal results, we utilize a pressure washer along with a mild cleaning solution.

Next, we let the cleaned pavers dry completely for a minimum of 12 to 24 hours, which is essential.

Once everything is dry, we proceed with the sanding process. We fill all the spaces between the pavers with polymeric sand. After the sand has been applied and the area is cleaned, we begin the sealing process. We meticulously coat the area in a sealant of your choice. This process not only cleans the area incredibly it also brings back years of faded colors!

Benefits:

Sealing will also help with mold. As we all know, mold grows like crazy especially in our humid climate. So it makes the pavers less porous so that mold will grow a lot slower and make it easier to clean up and also helps protect against dirt and grime. It also looks amazing!

If not done:

The combination of stains, fading, weed growth, and water damage can deteriorate the pavers much faster than if they were sealed. This means you may have to replace or repair your patio sooner than expected, leading to additional expenses and effort. Dirty pavers are also very unsafe and slick when wet!
